On July 16th, 2018, Jeffrey J. Shultz passed away suddenly at the age of 42. Jeff will be forever remembered by his children, Ivan and Chloe; by his Mother, Linda; by his Sister, Jennifer; and by his Companion, Cassy. Jeff was preceded in death by his Father, Edward.

Jeff will also be remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

A private service will be held in Florida.
