Obituary of Linda Karen Fasciano

Linda Karen Fasciano, born on August 26, 1956, of Seminole, Florida passed away August 24, 2021, at Morton Plant Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. She was born in Athens, Ohio, but raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She attended Dixie Hollins High School and continued her education at PTEC where she received her Electronics Technology Degree. After her accomplishment, she worked at Square D in the Quality Department for several years where she met her husband, Don Fasciano. They lived in Seminole, Florida close to her children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, and extended family. She was not only a loving mother to her three children, Justin, Christina and Ashley, but also had a warm and welcoming heart for others. She was known to protect those under her wing and often put their needs before her own. “Nonni’s” love for her grandchildren Jace and Aliyah was limitless. She enjoyed spending a lot of time with them exploring numerous parks, including the “Turtle Park” formally called George C. McGough Nature Park. Linda found pleasure in traveling and enduring new adventures with her family. Her gorgeous green eyes and smile shined brightest when in nature, kayaking in the waters of Florida, hiking to beautiful waterfalls in Tennessee, exploring Alaska and so much more. She also enjoyed crafting and various forms of art including stained glass, pottery, fun holiday arts and crafts with family, sewing, and making pens on date night. Her loving and loyal spirit will be missed immensely by her family and friends. Linda’s Celebration of Life will be held at the Rusty Pelican from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on September 12, 2021. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate cards with memories and donations of monetary value will be deposited to a charity that Linda valued.
