Obituary of Constance Amabile

Constance “Connie” “Nana” Amabile, 95, of Seminole FL returned to Heaven on December 27, 2021 in her home. Born Consetta Rose Valenti in Brooklyn NY on June 27, 1926 and moved to Seminole FL on June 27, 1972. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, loving husband, Peter James Amabile, and youngest son, Salvator Amabile. Connie is survived by her eldest son and his wife, Peter John and Jacqueline Amabile; daughter in law Valinda Amabile; daughter in law Karen Taddeo, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Constance was a magnificent cook, dedicated caretaker and devout Cathloic. Generosity flowed through her and onto her family, friends and the lives of those in the nursing home she volunteered in for nearly a decade. She will be remembered for her radiant smile, vivacious spirit and comforting presence. Connie’s memorial service will be held Friday, Jan 21, 2022 9 AM at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
