Obituary of Donna Theresa Rankin

Donna Rankin, 70, of Largo FL, formerly of Torrington CT, left this life on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Largo Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late James and Michaelina Coretto. Donna was employed by HCA Florida Largo Health for 32 years. During her tenure she was involved in every modality of the imaging department. She loved shopping and was constantly in search of a perfect new handbag. Forever a foodie, she was either cooking family favorites or tasting her way to her newest favorite restaurant. Donna loved to spend time with family and friends, and everyone that knew her will remember her laugh, sense of humor and generosity. Left to mourn is her beloved husband, Tim; children, Patrick McLaughlin of Nashville TN and David McLaughlin of Cape Coral FL; granddaughter, Kenzie; sister, Gail (Mark) Goodson of Chester NY; niece Angel Coretto & nephew James (Dorinda) Goodson; her cherished great nieces and nephews, Kristins, Scarlett, James Jr and Cameron; sister-in-law Jacque Marie Rankin of Wash.DC; as well as numerous extended family members and many cherished friends. Donna’s fur babies; Giada, JUJU, Gigi, Higgins & Olive meant everything to her. They too, are mourning her loss. Donna’s family will receive relatives and friends for a Celebration of Life at Reese Funeral Home, 6767 Seminole Blvd, Seminole FL 33772 on Saturday, December 3 from 2:00pm - 5:00 pm.
