Obituary of William L. Schultz

William Schultz, age 90, of Bradenton, FL., passed away on January 13, 2017. He moved to Redington Shores, FL. from Lemont, IL in 1962 with his wife, Evelyne. In Lemont he worked at Union Oil Company, was a volunteer fireman, past President of Lemont Jaycees and past President of the Holy Name Society at SS Cyril & Methodius Church. He won the Illinois State Jaycee Golf Tournament in the mid 50's. In Florida he owned and operated Bill Schultz's Barber Shop on Gulf Blvd. in Redington Shores, was a volunteer fireman, Commissioner and past Mayor of Redington Shores. He was a veteran of WWII while serving in the United States Marine Corps. He moved to Largo, FL. with his wife Evelyne in 2002 where he was past president of Lakeview of Largo South Condominium. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyne, mother Margaret Schultz of Hot Springs, AK, and his father, Edward Schultz. He was brother to Edward (Sylvia), Ralph (Frances), Jack, Dawn Rohde, Martha Novak (Richard), Althea Sovich and Betty Jean Torma. He was brother-in-law to Robert Baranoski (Donna), Christine Diaz (Richard) and Jim Baranoski (Sharon). He was an uncle and great uncle to many, and a dear friend to all. Arrangements made by Reese Funeral Home in Seminole, FL. Mass of the Resurrection and Burial at SS Cyril & Methodius Church in Lemont, IL. Arrangements made by Markiewicz Funeral Home in Lemont, IL.
