Obituary of Carmenlita Thompson

Thompson, Carmenlita, "Lee", 86, of St. Petersburg, went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 7, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Bob. Her family includes 3 children, Bob, Jim (Kerrie), and Cathy (Kevin); 7 grandchildren and their spouses; 5 great grandchildren; a sister; nieces, nephews, and cousins from around the world which includes Canada and Malta; plus her sweet furry baby, Grayson. She has lifelong friends that have been like family since childhood from the neighborhood, the YWCA, sorority Beta Sigma Phi, the Red Hat Girls, Bunko group; all enjoying good times. Her loving, determined spirit, straight forward fun loving personality will be missed along with home cooked meals of baked macaroni and soups. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children's charity of your choice.
