Obituary of Clarence Andrew Cherrette
Our beloved "Andy", Clarence Andrew Cherrette, of Clearwater, Florida, was only 60 years old when he was welcomed into Heaven on May 25, 2010.
Andy was a proud Viet Nam Vet (US Army) and a graduate of Michigan State University. Andy was a legend in the electronic components industry. He developed relationships with his customers, and those people already miss him greatly. Andy was a true Buc and NASCAR fan, a proud member of the Joe Nemechek fan club. He was also a member of the American Legion, Post 273.
Andy would want to thank the Emerald Team of the Suncoast Hospice for making his return home possible. In addition he would want to thank Dr. Fishman, Dr. Sexton, Dr. Franzese. Dr. Lopez, Dr. Patel and especially Dr. John Paul Gonzalvo for not giving up on him.
Our loss is Heaven's gain. We on earth, will miss him greatly. Andy is survived by 2 brothers, Bill and Rick, and 5 sisters, Jackie, Janet, Jennifer, Jeannie and Jill, his beautiful kitty "Ben" and his companion "LJ" Jeannie Farnan.
For those of you that wish to honor Andy, he would be very grateful to know that blood was donated in his name.
