Obituary of William Paul Kulpa

Kulpa, William Paul 94, of Seminole, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at Seminole Nursing Pavilion. He was born in Saskatchewan, Canada and moved to Chicago as a child. He attended Morgan Park High School and Crane College, both in Chicago. He served in the Merchant Marines in World War II. During his service to our country he met his beloved wife Jefferee Burns. They were married in 1946. In early 1949, he joined the Arabian American Oil Company in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where he worked and his family lived for next 20 years. He returned to the US in late 1968 and retired to St. Petersburg. He is survived by his children William Kulpa & Linda Longmire; grandchildren Ryan Longmire, Paul Kulpa, Tracey Vanderhoeven, and Lindsay Longmire; and great grands Anne & Emma Kulpa. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
