Obituary of John H. Tessier

"Hot Rod John" was a member of the Downshifters of Brooklyn and an auto mechanic that specialized in highly custom hot-rod vehicles. He was known for his vibrant personality and tremendous sense of humor. He was predeceased by both his parents John & Edith Tessier; a sister Dorothy Jean Bolowskie; and his stepdaughter Monica Bolster. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie Tessier; son John H. Tessier, III of Clearwater, FL & daughter Tina Gupton of Raleigh, NC; stepsons Donald R. Bolster, Jr of Tampa, FL, Chester & Benjamin Bolster both of Williamstown, NY; stepdaughter Shiela Bolster of Tampa, FL; Eight (8) step-granddaughters; seven step-grandsons; one great grandchild; sister Patricia Tessier of Texas; and eleven nieces and nephews.
