Obituary of Robert L. Anderson

Anderson, Robert L. 78, of Indian Rocks Beach, entered into rest Dec. 31st. He was born in Baltimore, MD and came to Florida in 1972 from Newport, RI. He retired from the office of Pinellas County Consumer Affairs. He proudly served his country in both the USMC and US Navy. He coached youth sports for Blessed Sacrament School, SYAA, and Madeira Beach Little Leagues. As a runner he was a volunteer for the local runner's clubs. He was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Dorothy; five children Margaret Rawstern, Robert (Andrea) Anderson, and Dorothea, Michael, and Mary Anderson; and grandchildren Amanda, Charlie, and Joshua Rawstern & Amelia and Ava Anderson. Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 3rd from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home and Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, Jan. 4th at 10am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with graveside committal at Calvary Catholic Cemetery following Mass.
