Irene and Tinkerbell. What a delight seeing the two of them strolling the neighborhood! All who knew her, knew she had a passion for walking. One day I picked her up by Goodwill on Park Boulevard. She had been to the Regions Bank. Another time by the Flea Market. Both days were HOT. I was happy that she recognized me and my car and allowed me to drive her home.
Jenny (my neighbor), her dog "Barney" and I would see Irene outside her home and would stop and chat. God bless you Irene and Tinkerbell.

I will miss my little grandma very much. she was a true and caring person and she would always incourage me to walk, in order to be strong and live a longer life. I will never forget her dancing almost anywhere which included my tiny apartment. She will always have a special place in my heart. patricia vaught ross

In memory of my dearest friend Irene,
I looked forward to Irene and her little dog Tinker Bell, who she loved dearly, coming for tea in the afternoon.
Irene loved to walk and would walk for miles to her clubs, or wherever. She loved to play Bingo at the legion. She also would rather dance than eat!!
Everyone liked her and she became known as "Little Lady with Red hair and her black dog".
She'd give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She will be missed greatly.
Dance your way thru heaven's gate!!!
Rest in Peace my dear friend!!
Lovingly,
Marion Wood

Irene was a good friend. Will always remember her. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone out. Irene loved to walk for miles. She would sooner dance than eat. I know she is dancing up in heaven. There are not many people who make it to "91".
God bless you and your family. You will be missed.
Rest in Peace,
Your good friend,
Mary Albright

Dearest friend Irene,
We miss your friendly face, the knock at the door, your lovely face enjoying a cup of coffee, of course yours was a cup of sugar with coffee, your place at the supper table enjoying Al's cooking, little notes on the car windshield, gardenia's at the door, the "yoo hoo's" from your front door, and the many walks around the neighborhood with "Tinker Bell" following along, no one to yell at for not wearing her shoes!!! Who will carry the newspapers and trash cans from the driveway to our door? No one to check our mail and pick up our newspapers when we are way!! Our neighborhood lost a very dear friend and neighbor when we lost you!!!!
Dear friend, you led a long, healthy, and fruitful life, so now it is time to join Tinker Bell and let God wrap his arms around you and rest in peace.
When we look at the stars at night, we know you will be shining down on us.
Rest in Peace with your "Tinker Bell, dear friend.
We will miss you,
Ann & Al Gleason
