Obituary of Antoinette M. Marra

Antoinette Marra, 97, of St. Petersburg, passed into the arms of the Lord peacefully on March 25th. She was predeceased by her husband, William Marra, Sr., son, James Marra, two brothers, Joseph and Paul Nastri and sister, Marge Reynolds. She is survived by her sons, William Marra, Jr. of Seminole, Joseph Marra of Treasure Island and Michael Marra of Clearwater. Mrs. Marra was born in West Haven, Connecticut on July 21, 1913 to Ralph and Elizabeth Nastri. The Nastri family owned a popular restaurant in Savin Rock, Connecticut. Mrs. Marra was a kind and loving mother. She lived for her family and loved to be with them always. She is missed by her ten grandchildren, Marissa Bishop of Texas, Audra Hobby of Treasure Island, Jennifer Reese of St. Petersburg, Sean Marra of St. Petersburg, Anthony, David & Allison Marra of Seminole, Jeb Marra of Atlanta, GA, James Marra, Jr., & Tiffney Marra of Connecticut, and thirteen great grandchildren, Alexandria, Nicolette, Briana, Natalia, Zachary, Ethan, Max, Jordan, Brandon, Alyssa, Adrianna, Cameron, and Jeremy. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 AM on Friday, April 1, 2011 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery
