Obituary of Elsie Lee Howard

Howard, Elsie Lee 86, of Seminole, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at The Vineyard Inn. Born in Manchester, England, she came to the United States following WWII with her husband and lived in Cincinnati, OH. She retired to Florida with her husband, Ray. She was active in the Lady of the Elks St. Petersburg Lodge 1224. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, her parents, and daughter Katherine Lechler. She is survived by her daughter Pamela L. Taylor of Cincinnati , OH; gradchildren BJ Lechler, Annie O'Brien, and Ali Taylor; and great granddaughters Kate & Sam O'Brien.
