Obituary of Valerie Leigh Yarneau

Val, Valerie, Leigh, or even LeighLeigh You might have known her by any one of these names, but we all knew the same person. She was never one to pretend to be anybody else than who she really was. She didn't change her persona to suit someone's expectations. She said what she believed and believed what she said. You never had to wonder what she was thinking. Honest, forthright, upright, intelligent, caring, giving, selfless, nurturing, driven, tenacious, disciplined, faithful, hopeful, loving, positive. Adjectives alone do not do her justice, a paragraph will not suffice. It would take a Library of Congress worth of books to write what she meant to us and what we think of her. For such a petite woman, she left huge shoes to fill. In our family, as well as her circle of friends, she was our strength when we were weak, our comfort when we needed it, our joy when saddened and our compass when lost. She will be missed by all!! Leigh is survived by: Husband, Stephen Yarneau, Parents Angela & Hal Price, Brother Raymond Miesbauer, Father, Jim Miesbauer, Step-Brother, Jeff Price, Step-Sisters, Juanita Price & Jo Ann Cattanach, Nephews, Julian and Harrison Miesbauer, several cousins, aunts, uncles and very close friends.
